Our Full Cut and Hi-Back plastic pants are sized as "over pants"-not as underwear.
Fit preference is an individual choice- more than one size may fit you.
Use our Select-a-Fit size chart below to choose the fit you prefer.
Sizing for Men
Most Important: Measure your WAIST with a cloth tape measure.
More than one size may fit.
Sizing for Women
Most Important: Measure your Hips with a cloth tape measure.

Selecting Your Fit Preference
A. Smallest Size
Select this size if worn LIKE underwear.
B. Middle Size
Select this size if worn with DISPOSABLE or THIN cloth diaper.
C. Largest Size
Select this size if worn with multiple disposables or THICK cloth diaper.
D. Special Fit
People over 6' tall or built very large may prefer the fit of our Hi-Back pants.
Made to fit 2"- 4" (5cm-8.6cm) higher on the waist.
Teenaged Customers orVery Slim Adult fit best in Youth Size plastic pants.
