If you wear a cloth diaper or multiple disposable diapers a full cut plastic pant will be needed to seal in the wetness to protect bedding and/or outer clothing. Adult Size Plastic pants made to fit over cloth diapers or very thick disposable diapers to prevent embarrassing leaks and keep outer clothing and bedding dry. Our waterproof plastic pants are full and roomy but seal around the legs and waist to prevent leakage. Please measure and use our size chart before ordering.
