We stock all products shown on our website and ship most orders the same day if your order is placed by 11:00AM EST. We will contact you should there be any delay beyond 24hrs in shipping your order.

  • Priority Mail - Delivery Time: 2-3 Days - The Day-Saver Option for faster delivery for an affordable price.
  • Express Mail - Delivery Time: 1-2 Days - Order before 11:00AM Monday-Friday for delivery the next day in most places.

International Shipping Options

  • International FirstClass Mail - Delivery Time: 14-21 Days - Our low cost option for orders under $95.
  • International Priority Mail - Delivery Time: 7-14 Days - Quicker international delivery.
  • International Express Mail - Delivery Time: 3-5 Days - Fastest Delivery Available. Orders placed by 11:00AM Monday- Friday.

International Customs Details

International Customs Documents show our products as Medical Garments.Please Note: All international orders are subject to customs delays outbound from the USA as well as the delivery Country. Delivery times are based on International Service Standards and may vary based on Weather, Holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

UK customers may declare our products are used for continents and may be exempt from VAT/Duty. You must be willing to declare this if you are subject to tax upon delivery. The package is not exempt, you are exempt.

Returning Your Order

Due to the nature of our products Federal and State Laws and the Uniform Commercial Code prohibit return of items that have been tried on, or worn.

Defective Items

If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make every effort to replace the item at no cost to you once the item has been deemed defective. You may be asked to return the item or provide a digital photo so we can determine if the item is defective or has became damage due to misuse or careless handling.

Return for Size Exchange

If you order the wrong size or style please contact us and we will aid you in returning any unused/not tried-on item (items) for exchange. We reserve right to determine if any item has been worn or tried on. Items removed from sealed bags are NOT returnable and will be returned to customers at customer 's expense.
