I love the way these fit just as much as the UltraSoft low-cut panties. The polyurethane film has its own different feeling on my skin, and I like to wear these now and then just for the different feel. They fit closely enough that I don't notice any added rustling when I wear them under my jeans. I've already bought a second pair of them.
