I have Cerebral Palsy and my incontinence problems have worsened in the last year. I purchased a pair of these and they have given me back the freedom and confidence to resume I normal lifestyle. They are super soft and comfortable. They are quiet and actually come in a small size which fits my frame.I'm on a limited budget but whenever I have extra money I intend to buy several more pairs. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are the best.
